Sustainability is an important part of our business, already being an environmental industry company. Green Options enjoy providing innovative landscaping ideas and outcomes for our clients, namely the education sector, who actively promote ideas to minimise waste and recycling. Our landscape teams regularly build and maintain greenhouses for on-site propagation, compost bays for re-use on the gardens, water harvesting and collection and student participation in gardening and sustainable living.
Our horticultural and turf teams utilise battery powered hedge trimmers for their maintenance works in sensitive and public areas.

Client budget restraints compromise planting operations in some schools, so Green Options offer in house propagation as a solution to a range of facilities. Suitable species include Agave, Clivea, Liriope and Phormium, this initiative ensures costs are reduced and clients are satisfied. Getting the students involved in the growing of these plants also helps with engagement.
