Green Keeper/Turf Curator
Location: Melbourne
Green Options is an award winning Australia wide sports turf and landscape management company that specialise in providing sports turf services to many of Australia's most high profile stadiums and sporting grounds.
We have an opportunity for a talented sports turf professional to join our team primarily based at Junction Oval, to showcase their skills and progress their career working with the best knowledge and resources available to them. You will also have the chance to work on our other high profile AFL and Soccer sporting grounds around Melbourne.
To be successful you will need to have sound green keeping skills, knowledge and experience working on cricket wickets at premier sporting grounds.

What we need from you:
- At least 5 years’ of qualified experience working in the turf industry
- Certificate V in Sports turf management (Desirable)
- Good proficiency in operating and maintaining small and medium sized PTO tractor equipment
- Experience in, and an understanding of, annual turf renovation practices and requirements
- Experience in operating boom spray units including calibration and rate calculations
- Competency in reel-mower maintenance and operation including height adjustments, reel to bedknife tuning and backlapping
- A sound understanding of WH&S practices and an ability to self-manage and identify risks associated with operating machinery
- A medium rigid truck license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Valid driver’s license
- White Card
