Contract Managers

We recognise that each council is unique and requires a specific contract manager to walk with them step-by-step through all Green Options’ processes. Our dedicated contract manager works closely with the council to ensure all needs are met and all information is shared. This manager is also on-call 24/7; it means nothing is ever overlooked and no need is ever considered too difficult to meet.

Monthly Reporting

Awareness and trust are integral to each council’s Green Options relationship. Every month we audit each council site within a contract and report back on all changes, needs and client wants. This detailed reporting contributes to the overall satisfaction of our council clients.
